Professional Bio
Shane Higginbotham is Chief Operating Officer, Partner, and a founding member of ITC Millwork, a trade-only architectural millwork supplier serving builders, remodelers, architects, and designers throughout the Carolinas. Since the company’s founding in 1999, he has helped shape its growth through hands-on leadership and a commitment to quality, service, and lasting relationships.
Shane’s experience spans estimating, plan takeoffs, inside and outside sales, warehouse operations, and jobsite delivery coordination. His understanding of the business helps ITC provide practical solutions across doors, mouldings, stair parts, and custom millwork. He focuses on improving processes, developing the team, and delivering the consistency building professionals need to keep projects moving.
Based in the Charlotte region since 1997, Shane supports ITC’s continued growth, including its service to Charleston and the South Carolina Lowcountry. He believes success means building a company that lasts—through strong operations, a supportive culture, and trusted partnerships with customers and suppliers.
Outside work, Shane is a devoted husband and father of three. Married since 1996, he is also a longtime Boy Scouts of America volunteer and a “retired” F3 Nation member, known as “RibShack.”
Guided by the mantra “Be strong, do good, and do it right,” Shane brings integrity and purpose to his work and community involvement.
