Membership Information

Any company who is engaged or employed by a firm/corporation (licensed by the State of SC) in the business of building or remodeling homes, apartments, schools, commercial, industrial or other structures normally related and appurtenant to a community, or in land development, and who subscribes to the Code of Ethics of this Association, and is of good character and business reputation. All builders are responsible for a FEE PER CLOSING at the end of the year at $50/closing.

Any firm/corporation in a trade, industry or profession related to building and consistent with the objectives of this Association, and who subscribes to the Code of Ethics of this Association, and is of good character and business reputation.

Any builder or associate member actively doing business in both Charleston & Hilton Head markets. This bundled fee allows for streamlined communications, members-only rates at events, and representation across municipalities. $1,250/Year
